Laskin Energy Park in Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota, is home to successful businesses in addition to 198 developable acres and a 30,000 sq. ft. building available for purchase. Water capacity is 1.5 million gallons per day and wastewater capacity is 650,000 gallons per day. A four-inch main for natural gas is available through Minnesota Energy Resources.
